Preparation

Scaffolding is erected and your property is fully protected. We strip the existing covering and inspect the timber structure, making any repairs before the new materials go on.

Installation

New breathable membrane, insulation, battens, and your chosen covering are installed to manufacturer specifications and Building Regulations. Lead flashings, ridges and valleys are dressed by hand.

Completion & Guarantee

We carry out a final quality inspection, complete a thorough clean-up, and hand over your written guarantee. Scaffolding is dismantled and everything is left immaculate.
